During this half-day online event we take you through the key stages and processes that follow a serious incident. This includes managing the scene, dealing with requests for information by the Police or other regulators, witness interviews, RIDDOR reporting, post incident changes, drafting and protecting the investigation report, and both communications/ reputation management.
